Automatic pull plate filter press installation

1.Press the "Reset" key for "single action", you can debug each action (see Figure 11 for electrical principles)

2.Press: "A" key, the automatic indicator light is on, at this time the Filter Press is in the automatic state.

3.Press the "return" key, so that 1CT, 5CT to get electricity, hydraulic oil into the rod cavity, piston rod back, pull the compression plate back, retreat to a certain position, touch the limit switch, return to stop the solenoid valve commutation, so that 3CT, 5CT get electricity, the oil motor automatically starts, the pull plate trolley through the chain drive system, so that the pull plate trolley to pull the Filter Plate, when the pull plate small touches the Filter plate handlebar to stop advancing, the oil road pressure rises, when the set value is reached, the pressure relay action, so that the electromagnetic reversing valve reversing direction. Make 4CT, 5CT to get electricity, oil motor reverses, through the chain drive system, and the pull plate trolley pulls the filter plate back when the filter plate touches the press plateWhen the receding is stopped, the oil circuit pressure rises again, and when the set value is reached, another pressure relay acts to make it solenoid valve reversing, oil motor reversing. The pulling trolley continues to pull the plate, and so on, until the filter plate is turnedAnd when the cylinder pressure rises to the maximum pressure set by the pressure gauge, the motor automatically stops and the Filter press entersp acked state. At this time, when the minimum pressure can be set into the filter press, the motor will automatically start to fill the cylinder oil to ensure the stability of the pressure during the filtration process. After the filtering is over, press the reset or stop key,Go to the next work procedure.

Note: In the automatic working process, if you need to change the cycle process, you can press the stop key or reset key, and then press the desired key. When the cylinder limiter is not limited, the pull plate trolley will not be moved.
