How is the Filter Press cared for and maintained?

The Filter press is a common type of Solid-liquid Separation equipment that requires strict adherence to the operating system. Once the Press FIlter is operated incorrectly, it is prone to various faults, which seriously affect the use effect and filtration effect of the filter press equipment. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the Plate And Frame Filter Presses.

Maintenance and servicing of the Filter Press Machine:
(1) Check carefully whether the connections are firm and whether the parts are well used, and if abnormalities are found, the maintenance personnel must be notified in time for maintenance.
If it is not used for a long time, the Filter cloth and Filtration Plate should be cleaned first and then dried in the sun.
The power supply must be cut off when dismantling the module.
Check the bearings and piston rod parts so that the parts are kept clean and well lubricated to ensure the flexibility of the moving parts.
(5) Conduct insulation and reliability tests on the electrical control system. If abnormalities are found, the electrical components should be repaired or replaced in time.
Before pressing, check the filter cloth carefully to ensure that it is not folded or damaged, and make it flat and intact to ensure the filtering effect.
Maintenance and servicing of the hydraulic station:
Every refuelling needs to be done via the filter.
(2) Equipment that has been shut down for 1 hour needs to run the pump unloaded for minutes before starting work on the actuator.
Frequently check wearing parts such as pipe joints and screws.
The hydraulic oil in the tank should be replaced promptly if it is found that the hydraulic oil has been emulsified.
(5) When overhauling hydraulic equipment, it is generally not allowed to dismantle pumps, valves and other major hydraulic components, and only after confirmation can they be replaced.
