Frame part: The frame forms the basis of the filter press to support the filter mechanism and connect other components. The whole frame is composed of a thrust plate, a compression plate, a compression part and a main beam. The thrust plate is connected with the bracket. There is a hole in each of the four corners, the upper two holes are the washing liquid or pressure gas inlet, and the lower two holes are the outlet (underflow structure or filtrate outlet). The beam is a load-bearing part, which can be coated with hard PVC, polypropylene, stainless steel or new anti-corrosion paint according to environmental protection requirements.
Filtration part: It is composed of filter plates arranged on the main beam in a certain order and filter media (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plates to form filter units (filter chambers), which can form a closed filter after compression space.

Compression part: It is the power device of the filter press, and its main components include small gears, large gears, and lead screws.
