In view of the problem that it is difficult to directly observe the Solid-liquid Separation process of the salt mud in the Chamber Filter Press, the Fluent software was used to numerically simulate the salt mud-brine two-phase flow in the Filter chamber, and the flow field inside the filter chamber was analyzed when the filtration pressure was 0.6 MPa. The distribution law of pressure field and concentration field; through the method of combining simulation and experiment, the influence of different filtration pressure on the filtration process is analyzed. The results show that the salt mud flow rate gradually decreases along the central feed channel, and the flow rate in each filter chamber gradually decreases from the upper and lower ends of the inlet port; the salt mud gradually deposits into a cake from the upper and lower ends of the filter chamber to the central feeding channel; filtration When the pressure is 0.6 MPa, the filtration efficiency is high and the energy consumption is low.
