How to overhaul a Filter Press after it has stopped working?

Every holiday season, filter press equipment in many industries should be out of action. To keep Filter Presses in better working condition for the future, Filter press should be serviced and maintained during the holidays to ensure safe and proper operation. How do I repair a Press FIlter ? What are the steps?
Replace the hydraulic oil:
1.Replace the hydraulic oil:
It is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the Filter Press Machine again and clean the oil tank. Due to long-term work, the hydraulic oil will deposit impurities in the inner wall of the Hydraulic System in the mailbox due to wear and tear. Therefore, for the next normal use, we need to replace all the hydraulic oil.
2. Filtration Plate handle overhaul:
Due to the long working hours of the Filter Presse , the Filter Plate handle is operated a lot and it is easy to cause wear and error. Therefore, we need to take out the Filter plates one by one from the Press Filters and check the filter plate handles carefully. Once abnormalities are found, they need to be repaired immediately. Once the handle is found to be badly worn, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.
3.Filtration Plate:

During the work of the Press Filters, the filter plate often moves back and forth repeatedly and is also subject to great pressure, which can easily lead to broken filter plates or incorrect filter plate handles. Therefore, it is recommended to stop the work of the filter press and check whether the filter plate is cleaned and whether there are cracks in the filter plate. Once there is an abnormality, it is recommended to repair and replace it in time so as not to seriously affect the normal work of the filter press.
