The main installation process of Diaphragm filter press

When it comes to membrane Filter Presses, I believe we have all heard of them to a greater or lesser extent. Those who have used the Diaphragm Filter Press know that the diaphragm Press Filters shows good results in terms of processing capacity per unit area, reduction of Filter cake moisture, and adaptability to the nature of the material to be processed. So how is it installed?
1.First, the foundation of diaphragm Filter Press Machine should be leveled before installation, and the horizontal error of each installation datum should not exceed 2mm.
2. the installation of the cylinder bearing, leveling with the pad Filtration Plate. The plane on the two bearings is on the same level, the bolts between the cylinder and the bearings are not fastened, then the cylinder is installed on the cylinder bearings, and the ground bolts are fastened.
3.Install the tail plate. Connect the tail plate with the main beam together (use wire rope to hang the center hole of the tail plate).
4.Install the main beam strut. Assemble a main beam and oil cylinder, and fix the main beam and middle pillar with the main beam clamp plate.
5.Pad the installed tail plate flat, install another main beam and fix it with cleats. The positioning catches of the two main beams and tail plate should be installed in place without leaving gaps.
6.Find the correct diaphragm. Measure the level of the two main beams with a standard meter. The difference in height between any two points on the two main beams should be less than 3mm. The height of the main beam should be adjusted by the main beam strut. The error of the two diagonals of the frame should be less than 6 mm, which can be achieved by adjusting the left and right position of the tail plate.
7.Install the head plate. Hang the head plate on the track of the two main beams and check the coaxiality of the spherical end cap and the piston rod. The allowed difference of coaxiality is 2mm. The coaxiality requirement can be met by moving the spherical end caps up and down and left and right. Install the pressure plate so that the head plate is connected with the piston rod.
8.Install the track box bracket and upper and lower track boxes.
9.Install the transmission part. Including sprocket, chain, oil motor, hook box, etc. When connecting the chain and hook box, make the two hook boxes close to the positioning plate at the end of the track box, and make sure the synchronization accuracy of the two hook boxes is less than 4mm.
10.Lift the Filter Plate onto the main beam track and position the handle on the same side.
11.Install the filter cloth and put on the filter cloth pressure ring (sewn filter cloth without pressure ring).
12.Adjust the height of the rail box, the distance between the bottom of the filter plate hand and the bottom of the upper rail box is, in order to achieve the stability and reliability of the work of the pulling plate shall prevail.
