What is a Jack Filter Press?

The jack Press FIlter is an intermittent pressure filtration equipment used for Solid-liquid Separation of various suspensions. The separation effect is good and easy to use. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, paper making, Sewage Treatment and other fields that need solid-liquid separation. It is suitable for small-scale filtration industry with low pressure and filtration pressure less than 0.4Mpa.
Jack Filter Press Machine is a kind of intermittent Pressure Filter Equipment used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions.
Good separation effect, easy to use, widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, paper, sewage treatment and other fields that need solid-liquid separation, suitable for small filtration industry, generally using low pressure, filtration pressure is less than 0.4Mpa.
The Press Filter is mainly composed of three parts, namely, the rack part, the Filter part and the compression device. When the Filter Press Machine is working, the hand wheel is rotated to drive the screw to push the compression plate through the small tooth halo and the large gear, compress the Filtration Plate and filter media (filter cloth) between the compression plate and the stopping plate to ensure that the filter material (pulp) is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber.
(1) Rack part: The rack constitutes the foundation of the Press Filters and is used to support the filtering mechanism and connect other parts. It is mainly composed of thrust plate, pressure plate, pressure part and main beam.
(2) Filter Press Parts: It consists of the Filter Plate on the main beam and the filter media (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plates, forming the filtration unit (filtration chamber).

(3) Compression part: It is the power device of the Filter press , and the main parts include small gear halo, large gear, screw, etc. The whole machine has reasonable structure design, stable and reliable performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance and wide application, which is the ideal equipment for suspension separation.
