1. Set the selector switch to the "automatic" position. Press to start the hydraulic pump for compaction and check whether the compaction working pressure is reached, and the Solid-liquid Separation can be carried out after the compaction working pressure is reached;

2. In the initial stage of filtration, the pressure should not rise directly to the peak, generally about a quarter of the rated pressure, and then slowly increase the pressure.

3. During the Filter press process, the operator should monitor the working conditions of the filter press in time; after reaching the rated pressure, if the flow rate of the liquid outlet is found to be very small, the feeding should be stopped immediately and the feeding valve should be closed, and the unloading can be started after a short stop . If the filter cloth is found to be dirty, it can be washed with a high-pressure water gun. When cleaning the filter cloth, the water gun should be cleaned from the filter cloth to the outside. If it cannot be completely cleaned with a high-pressure water gun, it must be removed for immersion cleaning (we mentioned how to clean the filter cloth earlier). After cleaning, the filter cloth should be turned over and closed for next cycle.

Precautions:

1. In order to ensure personal safety, the power supply must be cut off when installing and replacing the filter cloth, or all action switches must be turned off!

2. It is strictly forbidden for operators to replace the filter cloth between the two filter plates of the automatic box filter press.

3. When installing or replacing the filter cloth, the Filter Plate and filter cloth must be cleaned to avoid damage to the filter cloth or filter cloth caused by foreign matter during compression.

4. Before installing the filter cloth, it is necessary to carefully check whether each piece of filter cloth is damaged, and if it is damaged, it must be replaced.

5. After the filter cloth is installed, it is necessary to check whether the surrounding area is flat, and no discount or overlap is allowed.

6. When installing the filter cloth, avoid violent installation, pull the suture of the filter cloth hard, etc.
