8. Start the oil pump, press the compression button, and after the nut is locked, screw the nut to the front end of the piston rod (the compression plate end), and then press the release button, and the piston will close after the compression plate returns to the proper working gap. motor;

9. Pull the plate for unloading;

10. Check the filter cloth and Filter Plate, and clean up the residue on the joint surface. If there is no problem, it can enter the next working cycle.

2. Correct selection of filter cloth. After each work, the filter cloth must be cleaned once so that no large residues are left on the surface of the cloth. The filter cloth should be softened when it becomes hard, and if it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time;

3. Pay attention to protect the sealing surface of the filter plate, do not collide, it is better to stand upright when placing it, which can reduce deformation;

4. The valves for feed liquid and washing water must be opened and closed according to the operating procedures. The feed liquid and washing water must not enter at the same time. After the work is finished, the remaining feed liquid in the channel should be released as much as possible.
