As the mud Filter Press is usually used in a poor environment that does not contain a certain concentration of acidic gases, or is full of kerosene, alkaline dust, etc., the damage and build-up of these corrosive chemicals on the electrical components of the Filter press may lead to electrical problems and the formation of control buttons without care.

When the mud Filter press control button is invalid, first check whether the structure and contacts of the filter press control button itself are normal. Check method: press the corresponding button and investigate whether the corresponding node indicator at the PLC input can be lit. If there is no problem with the button, stop checking the relevant terminal wires if no response button is pressed.

The slurry filter press operates by means of a Hydraulic System that produces a powerful power effect on the filter plates.
